Introductory classes
for everyone

We are very lucky to have Dániel Mészáros and Ramóna Nyers Bakó teaching with us in 2025. They are here courtesy of the Körösi Csoma Sándor Program.

Together with veteran dance teachers, Atti & Mish and other experienced members of Kengugró we will create a fun and inclusive class which will have you twirling and boot-slapping in no time. Singing is a big part of the experience and together with our live musicians, we will be learning the songs to match the dances.

Our focus is to encourage new folk to join our group and have some fun along the way. In our Thursday evening classes, we will be teaching the fundamentals of Hungarian dance to anyone wishing to attend - beginner and experienced dancers alike.

Research shows that dancing and singing can allow you to live a long healthy life. We hope you will join our happy social group and enjoy some beautiful dance and music.
